1. THE 8TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INCIT 2024) is co-organized by the IEEE Thailand Section (Computer Chapter), Association of Council of IT Deans, Thailand (CITT), and College of Digital Innovation Technology, Rangsit University

Registration Terms and Policies

Registration (Round 2) period by April 1th - August 31th 2024.

Manuscripts submitted to the InCIT2024 conference are reviewed by at least three reviewers, who can be volunteer reviewers or members of CITT members. The accepted paper must be accepted by three reviewers.

Registration Guidelines:

    1. For an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore® at least one author must be registered and attend InCIT 2024 in-person. Please register and upload the documents via EDAS system. An official receipt of the InCIT 2024 conference registration fee will be issued on the day of the conference.

    2. Each registration fee can cover ONLY 1 paper. Virtual presentations are NOT allowed.

    3. Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person. Any paper not linked to a registered person by April 15th 2024 will be withdrawn from the technical program and IEEE Xplore®.

    4. To be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of a paper is required to physically attend and present his/her paper at the conference venue. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore®), if the authors fail to do so.

    5. To receive member rates, IEEE/ECTI/CITT members may submit proof of membership into EDAS during registration (e.g., a copy of their membership card). Nonetheless, the identity on the IEEE member document must match that of the registrant.

    6. The acceptance of the complete registration will be acknowledged via email to the designated corresponding author.

Currency & Payment :

All conference transactions shall be denominated in Thai BAHT. The conference accepts payment by bank transfer. Registration payments must be received before April 1th - August 31th, 2024. All transfer/card fees are the responsibility of the author. Existing registration records cannot be transferred to other papers or people.

- Each paper must have at least one author register for and then attend the conference. Each registration fee can cover ONLY 1 paper.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.

InCIT2024 makes two payment methods available:

  • Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy

         The InCIT 2024 has a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program, who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No Show List," compiled by the Society. The "no show" papers will NOT be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore®.

         Exceptions to this policy will be made by the Technical Program Chair of the conference only if there is evidence that the no show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors, and every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted. The no show authors may appeal the decision of the Technical Program Chair.

    Required documents for registering

         2. Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee (such as payment slip, etc.)
